When Siegel Jennings selected us to develop their brand identity and new website, we were thrilled. The firm has been a leader in property tax law for more than 40 years, advocating for fair property taxation for clients across the country. After our first meeting, we knew it was a match made in marketing heaven.
We started the branding project with interviews, both internal and external, to uncover whether their perception of why clients chose them would actually match what clients thought of them. We conducted interviews by phone and in person, and although we uncovered common themes, one clear position resonated from the interviews: they were BOLD.
A presentation to key partners solidified the brand direction, and new marketing materials were created including:
- A positioning statement; new logo and tagline
- Identity materials for four cities (style guides; letterhead; business cards; envelopes)
- A responsive website with an easy-to-use content management system
- Brand awareness print ads for professional publications
- Lead-generating direct mail
- Digital and online marketing tactics
Phase Two is now underway and will incorporate additional digital strategies to deliver steady traffic and qualified leads.
